Ordering a pair of replacement heel tips
While heel tips on every pair of Camileon Heels are made of a highly durable rubber, it is normal for rubber heel tips to wear down over time. How quickly a heel tip wears down is dependent upon how often the shoe is worn and the surfaces that the heel tip comes in contact with.
Worn heel tips on the high heel portion of every pair of Camileon Heels are standard heel tips and can be purchased and replaced by any professional shoe repair person. Our low heel tips, which are U-shaped, are unique to the design of our shoes and, once worn, additional new low-heel tips can be replaced by simply purchasing a pair of replacement heel tips for $3.00 and bringing them along with the shoes to a shoe repair professional.
It is important to note that all heel tips should be replaced only by a professional shoe repair person and that glue that is specially formulated for heel tip replacement is used in the process of replacing all heel tips.
